One item is missing from my order. What to do?

We understand how painful it would be to find few products missing. Mostly we will ship your orders in entirety. Due to unforeseen stock outs or over demand or due to product / packaging failure during our final QC, we may not ship certain products.

For such products, we will try to reship those missing items within 2 or 3 working days. If you don’t want those products, we shall initiate refund process and due amount for those products will be credited back to your account with in 4 or 5 days.
