Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

To request cancellation:

After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is not possible.

  • The outer cover appears intact.

To claim a refund:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images of the received package and product.

If approved:

  • Refunds are initiated to the original payment method.

  • Processing timelines depend on your bank or payment gateway.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds are not issued in cash.

5️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred.

  • If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full amount including shipping is refunded.
