I have been using it on a regular basis and more so during periods as it removes itching and discomfort. I apply it on the panty line during periods and I am free of any itching. Before using this, my periods used to be very discomfortable and painful due to itching and irritation. As I travel by train quite a long distance to my office, this powder helps me maintain hygiene down under.
