Micropenis is used to refer to those having penis size that is considered too small compared to the average penis size. The term Micropenis is often used or hurled at somebody in a way to disrespect, hurt or insult someone.

When someone is termed as Micropenis, he is referred to as someone who cannot physically competent to give satisfying sex to a female partner. It is a derogatory term used to bash a male ego.
