More on How to determine your condom size?

Using condom is the first step towards enjoying safer sex. Habituating to condom can help you enjoy safe and fulfilling sex.

However, wearing an incorrect condom size can make you compromise the safety. While an oversized condom can slip off during penetrative sex and lead to mix of bodily fluids leading to unwanted pregnancy or transmission of infection.

On the other hand, a tight fitting condom can potentially break during penetrative sex due to friction and your partner may not get required protection from pregnancy or STD. So, you need to know the exact condom size to wear.

We give below step by step process to allow you to know your right condom size.

1.Measure the girth of your penis

Get your penis in an erect stage. Wrap a measuring tape or a thin rope around the thickest portion of your hard penis. This is the circumference or girth of your penis.

Thickness is the most important aspect that can influence your condom size. Though length is also an important aspect, but a longer condom can be adjusted by rolling down at the base.

But a condom that doesn't reach till the base of the penis can also offer adequate protection if it rightly fits the girth. When the condom fits perfectly on the girth of your organ, then you can have an enjoyable penetrative session as you can be sure of protection.

Using a measuring tape or a string, check the exact measurement of your girth using a scale and note down the measurement in millimeters or centimeters.

  1. Measure the length of your penis

Take a ruler or a measuring tape and keep it against the base of your erect penis. Rest the ruler or the tape firmly against your skin to get your measurement accurate.

Make sure no hair covers the base of your penis. You can know the length of a condom by looking at a pack. Most condom brands mention the length of a condom in its pack. Thus, knowing your length can help you decide on the condom that is closest to the length of your erect organ.

Take your measurement in centimeters as most condom brands specify length in measurements.

So, it would be easier for you to compare and know the closest length that you should choose based on the length of your organ size.

For example, if the length of your erect organ is/above 150 mm, you can choose the Standard size that is 180 mm compared to an another condom that falls in the range of 170 mm length. Hope it makes sense to you.

Choosing the condom that fits you perfectly

Buy the standard size if your girth is between 51 mm and 53 mm:

Most condom brands available in the market can fit you. So, that you can get plethora of choices.

You will be spoilt for choices as you can find condoms that are basic, as well as some that have different textures, lubricants, or flavors.

Although most of them will fit your properly, you can still choose ones that are most comfortable for you.

Choose a Smaller Size if your girth is less than 51 mm:

You can buy Small Size condoms online at condombazaar.com.  As you look at the girth of the condom, make sure also to look at the length of the condom mentioned in the pack.

Try a larger size condom if your girth is greater than 52 mm

For Men who are larger in Size, only option of large condoms available in Inida is to use Female condoms

Buying condoms that are large is a common tendency among men as they feel that their organ is bigger or to impress their partner.

However, wearing an oversized condom comes with inherent risk of condom slip during your intense sexual activity and buying condom that is right fit based on the girth of the condom is the sure shot way to enjoy a fulfilling and safe sex.

It is recommended to have some space at the tip to hold on to your load to reduce the likelihood of the fluids rise up on the sides and leak out. While some condoms come with tapering tip to create the necessary space, there are others with curved ending, in which you have to make sure there is some space left to hold your juices.

Even when you buy the right size, your comfort level as well as your partner’s can vary depending on the type of condom you’re wearing. It's a good idea to try different options to figure out which works best for you.

This is the problem faced by many, so you are not alone. Sadly, condom size and penis size don't match in many cases. Condom manufacturers produce condoms based on approved sizes, which are usually longer than the average penis length. The biggest problem with condom fit is the girth (circumference) size. As long as the girth is a perfect fit for you, you can use the condom as the chances of slipping off are less.

If the extra materials bunch up and bother you, you can use an erection ring or vibrating ring on top of the condom to curb the bagginess at the base. You can also choose a simple erection ring. If you are still bothered, you can alternatively ask your partner to wear a female condom and you can perform without that extra-long condom.

If you are very particular about knowing your size, we insist you to refer size chart at www.condombazaar.com/sizechart

Condoms are now available in a variety of sizes, shapes and forms. But condoms can be categorized under 4 major types based on its size.

• Small condoms come in48 mmin width (1.9") and 160mm in length (6.3")

• Regular or standard size condoms usually measure52 mm(2.0") wide and 7.9" (195mm) in length

• Large condoms are typically54 mm(2.1") in width and 7.9" (200mm) in length

• Extra-Large condoms measure upto58 mm(2.3") in width and 205mm ( 8.1") in length

You can choose the right one based on the size of your organ.

When men become too aroused, their organ will bulge and condom will stretch a little to accommodate the increase in size of the organ. It is estimated that an average condom will stretch upto 14% from its normal size to accommodate bulging male organ. Upto 20% condom stretch is considered normal and within safe limit. Needless to say that condom will break if it is stretched beyond that.

The stretchability of a condom is dependent upon its thickness of the material, type of material, freshness of the product, amount of lubrication and type of lubrication used. Ideally, one should choose a condom size with a girth size that is slightly smaller than the organ size.
Example: If the circumference of a penis is4.2 inches, you should choose a condom with4 inches circumference.

Finding the right condom begins with finding the right size for you. If a condom doesn't fit your organ properly, you can never has a pleasurable sex as the frustration due to a misfit will drain your arousal and it will dilute the intensity leading to unsatisfied outcome both for you and her.

Choosing the right size is the first step towards having a pleasurable and safe sex. Needless to say, it the condom is too large, it could come off during the skinny dipping, while too tight might make it uncomfortable and increases the chances of condom breakage during the act breaking the very purpose of using a condom. If the condom is not long enough to cover your entire penis, there is always a risk of bodily fluids mixing, leading to unsafe sex.

To get the right fit, you have to look into the girth of the condom. We suggest you to take a look at the size chart provided at www.condombazaar.com to know how to pick the right sized condom based on your organ size.

From time immemorial, men are too conscious about the length of their organ that is hanging around. Psychologically men are too insecure about penis size and researches confirm that men are too obsessed about penis size and many of them worry about it irrespective of having an average size.

Men are made to believe that women are attracted and long for men with long penis. Though it is true that size does matter to few women, but what several sex surveys conducted across the world have time and again proven is that substantial majority of women don't care about the size of the organ, rather they wanted to be with men who are warm, kind, caring and funny and those men who can respect their space, share their values and interests.

Historically penis has a lot to do with symbolism. Several cultures across the world values penis as a symbol of masculine identity, strength and potency and insult to a male's penis is always seen as a threat to the existence of an individual. More than women, it is men who are too judgmental about the size of the male organ.

For many men, the deeply symbolic and psychological attachment to the penis starts early in the life and cultures reinforce importance attaching the size as a representation of the masculinity making it always a source of great anxiety for men.

It is an age-old issue that many men struggle with. The ideology is deeply ingrained in their minds that it is difficult for men to believe that size doesn't matter at all.  The answer is more complicated. However, the problem is more centered on male's perception than with their partners.

Penis Size: Facts and Misconceptions:

According to a study reported in the journal Psychology of Men and Masculinity,

-          the erect penis size of most men — 68% — is between 4.6 and6 incheslong.

-          Only 16% of men have an erect penis size longer than6.1 inches,

-          for 2.5% of men have over6.9 inches.

-          About 16% of men have an erect penis size that’s shorter than4.5 inches,

-          only 2.5% of those under3.7 inches.

So, scientifically only 2.5% of men can worry about their size, and rest all can relax and feel good about themselves as they have normal size, similar to what their colleagues, peers, neighbours, relatives have.

Psychological consequences:

Men who believe their penis size was too small were less likely to undress in front of their partner, more likely to hide their penis during sex, and more likely to consider themselves unattractive. They will have low self esteem. On the other hand, men who thought they had a large penis were likely to be more self-confident and believe themselves to be attractive.

Women's perception:

Penis size does matter to women, but it turns out that when women talk about penis size, it’s usually about the width, not the length. A very long, skinny penis is not as pleasurable as a shorter, fatter one for most women. Researchers have confirmed that the thickness of a male's penis is what makes women to feel lot fuller - the feeling of fullness that's produced with an object or a penis inside the vaginal wall."

Penis size is not the final determining factor in a man’s ability to satisfy a woman or enjoy sex. The two of the most sexually sensitive areas for a woman are clitoris and G-spot. The G-spot is located at one-third from the entrance of the vaginal barrel. Even with a short penis, the job of stroking the G-spot can be done quite effectively.

Condoms come in a standard thickness of around 70 microns or o.o7mm thickness. All condoms come in standard thickness. Now many brands are coming out with thin variants, which are of average thickness of 0.04mm.
